Tall Memorial Vase

At Amokura Glass, we offer the service of creating personalized memorials by encasing a small amount of cremation ashes from a loved one or beloved pet into handblown glass. We are honoured with the trust to create such meaningful pieces.

Cremation ashes will be swirled into the base of the vase. In this design, they will appear like a band of silver spiraling throughout your choice of colour. Choose up to two colours for this, one for the base and one for the vase.

Each piece is made by hand so slight variations will occur. The vases are roughly 18cm tall and 7 cm round at the base which tapers to a 2.5cm opening. The bottom of your glass will be ground and polished so it sits flat. You also have the option to add a name, date or personal message to be engraved at no extra cost on the bottom. This is limited to 30 characters due to size.

After you purchase this, you will be sent a small container in which you will put 1 tsp of ashes and send it back. Your glass will then be made and shipped back to you with any left over ashes respectfully returned to you.
