Ascension Memorial Paperweight

At Amokura Glass, we offer the service of creating personalized memorials by encasing a small amount of cremation ashes from a loved one or beloved pet into handblown glass. We are honoured with the trust to create such meaningful pieces.

Cremation ashes will be tastefully embedded into a glass paperweight to create a double helix design in the center. Around this design, are cheerful polka dots that add colour and life to your paperweight. You get to choose either a colour mix or create a custom mix of colour for these dots.

Each piece is made by hand so slight variation in the design and colour will occur. Paperweight size is roughly 5 cm in diameter and 7cm high. The bottom of your paperweight will be ground and polished so it sits flat. You also have the option to add a name, date or personal message to be engraved at no extra cost on the bottom. This is limited to 15 characters due to size.

After you purchase this, you will be sent a small container in which you will put 1 tsp of ashes and send it back. Your paperweight will then be made and shipped back to you with any left over ashes respectfully returned to you.
